The Sports Information Department will be staffed with student assistants that will aid with all day-to-day activities while being supervised by Nick Harvey.
Marshalltown Community College Athletic Information Form
Each student-athlete needs to fill out a bio sheet about their background BEFORE they start practicing and/or competing. They should be as specific as possible and include as much information as they know, which includes team and individual honors for any sports that they are not competing in at Concordia. The information on the form will be used to create a biography for every student-athlete on the website and be used for publicizing noteworthy topics to local, regional and national media outlets as well as hometown newspapers. Home Event Reporting Procedures
The sports information office will make every effort to address postgame needs.
- Full box scores will be printed out for coaches and media members directly after the game has concluded.
- Packed game files and a game story (if requested) will be emailed as soon as possible following the game.
- Box scores and game stories can also be emailed to your postgame distribution list (if requested).
- Opposing coaches and/or SIDs will have access to phone lines, complimentary wireless internet and a photocopier if needed.
- Visiting broadcasters will be accommodated, but please be sure to give the sports information office at least 24 hours advance notice.
