The Marshalltown Community College Athletic Department would like to congratulate Kino Ryosuke for being named MCC's October Male Athlete of the Month. During the month of October Ryosuke recorded six goals with two game winning goals in a month that saw the Tigers go 5-2. Ryosuke has been MCC's top performer on the field this season recording twenty-three goals and a MCC record forty-one goals in his career. Ryosuke was also the most efficient shooter on the team this season as he scored on 50% of the shots he took.

"Kino deserves all of the accolades he has accumulated throughout his time here at MCC," stated Coach Chris Fuchsen. "Kino has a tremendous work ethic and a commitment to excellence that makes him standout from the rest."

Ryosuke is currently tied for sixth in the nation with twenty-three goals. With national attention this season after being named ICCAC athlete of the week two times and NJCAA athlete of the week during September, Ryosuke has acquired attention from NCAA division 1 and division 2 schools from all over the country.
