The Marshalltown Community Softball team has inked another player for the 2017 season, signing Shaena Robinson of Douglas High School in Gardnerville, NV. Robinson becomes the seventh player to sign with the Tigers for next year.
"Shaena has been on our radar for quite some time," MCC head coach Garland Shirley exclaimed. "She is a dynamic player who can play multiple positions. This is the type of student-athlete we have been looking for and we strongly believe she will make an immediate impact on our program."
Robinson is a four year varsity starter at Douglas High School. She has been selected to the Northern Division I All-Region Softball team. Robinson has also been a member of USA Fastpitch and has played travel ball for the Nevada Hotshots.
