An array of former Marshalltown Community College Women's Basketball players have spread out across the nation to continue their playing careers following their time at MCC. Five players are currently playing at four-year institutions.

A pair of former teammates, Mackenzie Gott and Jamerka Martin, are on this year's Waldorf College Women's Basketball roster. Gott, a senior, is in her second yard for the Warriors while Martin is in her first. Waldorf has played four games so far, and Gott currently leads the team with 10.5 points per game and 8.3 rebounds per game. In the team's first game of the season, Gott scored 15 points and pulled down 16 rebounds. In the same game, Martin scored a team-high 21 points and has connected on seven three-point shots this season.

Gott played for the Tigers from 2012-2014, playing in 50 total games. The Oskaloosa, IA native averaged 12.3 points and 9.2 rebounds per game throughout her career. She was twice named to the All-Region XI team and the Academic All-Region XI team.

Martin totaled 60 games throughout her career, making 43 starts. A native of Milwaukee, WI, Martin sank 125 career three-point shots for the Tigers while scoring 629 total points.

Jasmin Howe finished her career at MCC as one of the most prolific scorers in program history and moved on to Northwest Missouri State University, a NCAA Division II institution. Howe has started both games for the Bearcats this season and is averaging a team-high 27.5 minutes per game. Howe is averaging 6.5 points and 5.0 rebounds per game.

At MCC, Howe scored 975 career points between the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 seasons. She made 51 starts and hit 126 career three-point shots. A two-time Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) Player of the Week, Howe was named to the All-Region XI team in each season, including a first-team nod as a sophomore last year.

Ilsie Calles, also a member of the 2014-2015 graduating class, moved on to Lindenwood University- Belleville, a NAIA institution located in Illinois. Callles has started all five games for the Lynx, averaging 20.6 minutes per game. During the team's trip to Las Vegas, NV, Calles scored 11 points against #5 Westmont College.

Calles never missed a game for the Tigers during her two-year stint, appearing in all 61 contests. The Van Nuys, CA native scored 339 points in her career at MCC.

After completing her career at MCC following the 2013-2014 season, Ashley Salgado advanced to NCAA Division II Converse College (SC). As a freshman last season, Salgado became one of three players in program history to reach 100 assists in a season.  Salgado also scored 126 points and grabbed 66 rebounds.

Salgado was a two-time member of the Academic All-Region XI First-Team and was named to the All-Region XI Third-Team as a sophomore.
