The Marshalltown Community College women's volleyball team is set to host the 2013 Tiger Invitational this weekend with matches beginning at 11:00 AM on Friday. The Tigers' first game will be at 1:00 PM on Friday against Fort Scott Community College.
A total of 11 teams will participate in this weekend's tournament, including NJCAA Division II nationally ranked Lincoln Land (No. 9) and fellow Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) member Des Moines Area Community College (No. 13).
The tournament will feature 23 total matches over two days, 11 on Friday and 12 on Saturday. MCC will close out the invite with the final match at 5:00 PM on Saturday against Graceland University JV.
