Tiger WBB Inks SmithApril 15, 2019Head Coach Steve Garber announced recently that he signed point guard Rachelle Smith. Smith, a 5’6 hails from Des Moines, IA and currently attends Des Moines East High School. Smith helped the Scarlets to a 15-8 record on the season, appearing in all 23 games. She shot 38.8% from the floor and scored 79 points on the year, for a 3.4 points per game average from the point guard position.

Stokes and Solsona land on ICCAC All-Region TeamsMarch 04, 2019Stokes and Solsona land on ICCAC All-Region Teams The Iowa Community College Athletic Conference has named Dana Stokes 1st Team All-Region and Clara Solsona to the Honorable Mention team for their efforts on the hardwood this season. Stokes, a freshman from Chicago, IL, was a consistent presence for the Tigers this year. Averaging 27 minutes per game, she chipped in 9.0 points per game and grabbed 4.2 boards. Often matched against the opposing team’s highest offensive threat, Stokes was able to showcase her stingy defense.
