Jennifer O'Neal joined the Marshalltown Community College volleyball program in the summer of 2013. O'Neal's primary responsibilities include working with the outside hitters while playing an integral role in recruiting, team travel and day-to-day duties.

Prior to joining the Tigers staff, O'Neal served as an assistant volleyball coach at Marshalltown High School. O'Neal also served as the head coach of the high school's freshman squad. O'Neal focused on player development and contributed to varsity practices and games. O'Neal also coached at the AAU level for more than six years throughout Marshalltown.

O'Neal received a bachelor's degree in Education, Reading, and Coaching Endorsement from Buena Vista University and is working towards the completion of a master's degree.
