Dajhae Mullins joined the MCC Tiger family as Assistant Women's Basketball Coach and Recruiting Coordinator Fall 2023.

This will be Mullins first coaching position other than a small time at Central Methodist University as a volunteer coach for a semester, but she is no stranger to the world of basketball. Mullins helped lead the Marian Catholic High School team to a State Championship in 2013.

She has both junior college and D1 playing experience. She was a member of the NJCAA 3^rd place, 2016 and 2015 NJCAA 2^nd place teams in her time at Trinity Valley Community College. She then transferred and played at D1 Sacramento State University. Mullins finished her collegiate career at Central Methodist University where she received her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice.

After finishing college, she played professionally overseas and helped lead the Saltillo Racers in Mexico to the Semi Finals in 2021. Since playing overseas she has won three championships in multiple leagues in the Chicago area. Teams include Ana League Champs in 2021, D League Champs in 2022 and 2023 and is currently still playing on Team Chaos where she has played since 2021. 

In addition to her basketball playing experience, a highlight for Mullins has been as a camp counselor 2014-2019 for Doug Bruno. 

Originally from the South side of Chicago, Mullins is a very family orientated person. She has three biological brothers and 3 stepbrothers as well as one biological sister and one stepsister.

Along with coaching basketball, Mullins will be a Residence Assistant in campus housing.
