Kelton Edwards was named ICCAC Player of the Week for Men's basketball for the week ending on February 17th. Edwards led the Tigers to a victory over conference foe Iowa Western on February 16^th. This victory put the Tigers in contention to host a Regional Playoff game on Monday, February 25^th.  Edwards, who leads the ICCAC in points per game, posted 26 points on 12-24 shooting with seven rebounds and one assist while playing all 40 minutes. Edwards has scored double-digits in 24 of 27 games this season, including his last eight straight games. He averages 18.2 points per game.

Edwards and the Tigers are back in action for their final regular season home contest on Friday, February 22^nd at 7PM against ICCAC opponent Northeast Community College. Prior to the game Edwards and the rest of the Tiger sophomores will be honored for their work at MCC.
