Baseball postpones Thursday's doubleheader vs. Kirkwood

The Marshalltown Community College Baseball team has postponed its nonconference doubleheader on Thursday against Kirkwood Community College.

Originally scheduled for two games set to begin at 2:00 PM on Thursday, the Tigers have pushed the game back to May 9 at Shawn Williams Field, but will be just one single nine-inning contest at 3:00 PM.

Next up for MCC is its four-game Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) series at home against Muscatine Community College. The two teams will open up play at Shawn Williams Field at 1:00 PM on Saturday. MCC won three out of four contests at Muscatine on April 2-3.
