Shenell Stewart, Mia Sao-Martinez and Destiny Sao-Martinez each scored 16 points to pace the Tigers, who improved to 6-2 with the win. Destiny added 12 rebounds for a double-double, while Kenijae Cherry added eight points, 12 rebounds and three blocked shots. Kimari Hall returned to action with nine points, and Abigail Gradwell tallied seven points.
The Tigers shot 11-for-25 from 3-point range with both Sao-Martinez sister sinking four triples apiece.
MCC is back in action Saturday with a trip to the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Ill.
