Cold shooting dooms Tiger women vs Southwestern

A cold shooting night doomed the Marshalltown Community College Women's Basketball team on Saturday, Jan. 23rdin their loss to the Southwestern Spartans in Creston.

The Tigers got good production from their Freshman guard trio of Heeni Blakey, Waiaaria Rogers, and Carla Dorta-Perez who lead the Tigers in scoring with 14 and added 6 rebounds as well. Blakey tallied 13 points, while Rogers added 11 to the campaign.
