MCC drops four to Indian Hills

MCC baseball hosted Indian Hills on Sunday, March 28 and Monday, March 29 dropping four games.

The Tigers scored one run on five hits in a 11-1 loss to Indian Hills in game one. Gage Juhlin went 2-1 with an RBI and Jackson Stephen pitched four innings with four strikeouts and two walks. 

In game two, the Tigers scored early but couldn't hold off a strong offensive performance by IHCC. Four different hitters contributed to the hit column while Josh Ironside pitched three innings with one strikeout and two earned runs with an 11-2 loss.

MCC scored 9 runs in game three, while tallying eight hits but it wasn't enough to hold off the Warriors 13-9 win. Ronnie Nowak went 1-2 with three RBI's and Edwin De Los Santos Moreno took the loss while pitching three innings and two strikeouts. 

Tigers scored four runs in the bottom of the first inning in game four but a late rally by the Warriors pushed them ahead. The Tigers offense had nine hits and seven runs on the day. Six different pitchers were used to combine for seven innings and three strikeouts. MCC fell 26-7 to the Warriors.
