Marshalltown Community College baseball is proud to announce that three players received DI Iowa Community College Athletic Association Conference (ICCAC) All-Region honors. Bryan Morales and Ernesto Moreno Jr. received 2nd Team All-Region and Luke Pell received Honorable Mention All-Region.
Designated hitter Moreno, a freshman from Chicago, IL, started all 54 games for the Tigers this year and led the team in hits (61), doubles (21), and hit by pitch (14). He finished the year with a .313 batting average while compiling 29 RBI's and 44 runs scored.
Outfielder Morales, a freshman from Minneola, FL, played in 51 games this year while hitting .293 with 28 RBI's. He lead the team in home runs with eight.
Freshman outfielder, Pell, from Joliet, IL, started 45 games collected 43 hits, 35 runs, six home runs and led the team in RBIs with 30.
