The Marshalltown Community College Tiger Women's Basketball recently announced the signing of Ianara Morbidoni from Ceres, Santa Fe, Argentina.

Morbidoni is at 5'9 guard/forward combo and brings inside and outside skill set to the Tiger's program. Assistant Coach Cody Freland comments, "Ianara is a unique player as she is very long and athletic and can shoot from almost anywhere on the floor. She understands what she needs to do to improve her game to get her to the next level in her basketball career. We feel MCC is the best place for her to accomplish that. The ceiling is the limit for her at MCC."

Ianara also comments, "I'm really looking forward to living and studying in the USA, where the best basketball in the world is played! I'm fully prepared to work hard in order to develop and improve my game, both individually and collectively. I have no doubt that this will be a growing experience that will mark my life. I can't wait to visit the college, meet my teammates and coaches."
