Weather forces schedule changes for baseball in North Carolina

Unfavorable weather has continued to alter the Marshalltown Community College baseball schedule as the Tigers wait to open their 2015 season. The Tigers have made multiple changes to this week's agenda in North Carolina:

  • MCC has cancelled its Tuesday doubleheader against Surry Community College and have rescheduled to play the Knights on Thursday.
  • The Tigers will take on Rockingham Community College (Wentworth, NC) on Wednesday afternoon for one nine inning game set for 2:30 PM.
  • The four-game series between Guilford Technical Community College slated for Saturday and Sunday is still as planned with temperatures forecasted for the mid-50's in Jamestown, NC for the weekend.
